Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWanted: Bilingual Call Center Representative in Atlanta

We are looking for a self-motivated Bilingual Call Center Representative in Atlanta to answer incoming nationwide calls, provide referrals to doctors or attorneys, setup with initial case management and ensure the smooth running of the office and effective case management.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Provide doctor or attorney referrals to callers
  • Help callers get setup with initial case management
  • Provide administrative support as needed to enhance office effectiveness
  • Prepare case briefs and summarize depositions, interrogatories and testimony
  • Type up and file basic documents and correspondence
  • Direct phone calls as needed
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in a call center environment or as a legal assistant or legal secretary
  • Familiarity with the law, legal procedures and protocols, and the court system
  • Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
  • Computer literacy
  • Proficiency in English
  • Working knowledge of case management software
  • Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
Benefits

  • Starting salary of $30,000 to $40,000 plus performance pay
  • Health, Dental, and Vision are available on the 1st of the month after 90 days
  • 5 days of Personal time off available on day 1
  • PTO usage is available after completing 90 days of employment and it accrues.
