Looking for self-driven individuals who are looking for an opportunity to grow and advance for a company who is invested in your progress. If that sounds like you apply. License is preferred but not required. This position is potentially remote depending on experience and background in the industry. This position is highly compensated on sales so get paid for your efforts and not just for your time. Must be able to pass background check and have a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Client Communication: Interact with clients, address inquiries, and provide accurate information about policies.

Policy Management: Assist clients with updating policies, processing payments, and submitting claims.

Customer Support: Ensure high-quality service by resolving client issues and offering solutions to problems.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details for reference.


Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Property and Casualty License*

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members

Customer-Focused: Desire to provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information

Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with others to achieve common goals

Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new software applications
