Summary
The Turf Distributors Sales Support Administrator will lead the customer experience and support the sales function by building rapport with our accounts and customers through processing sales requests and invoices, engaging with customers and clients, verifying accuracy of order requests through multiple electronic platforms, and by working with other departments such as sales and client relations, to provide stellar customer service.
Essential Functions
  • Assist account managers in any administrative work they may need done
  • Process account orders
  • Coordinate ordering, delivery, and customer satisfaction components
  • Manage and update electronic calendars and account information with notes
  • Process sample orders
  • Keep accurate reporting of all accounts and leads
  • Monitor and confirm all follow up is complete when CRM says with all accounts
  • Watch account trends and notify account managers, biweekly
  • Build a list of accounts who have not purchased in 90 days to transfer
  • Have new products in all account hands within 15 days of receiving
  • Build account list for our account managers to call
  • Processes and completes high volume of orders timely, accurately, and thoroughly to support customer satisfaction
  • Address and resolve customer complaints
  • Process orders through PO’s and terms
  • Proactively and aggressively pursue sales and activity goals
  • Self-motivated, proactive, high energy, positive and outgoing personality
Required Education and Experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish- Mandatory
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Client focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices-Salesforce and Zoho
  • Accurate data entry and typing skills
  • Track record of overachieving quota
Compensation
  • $20.00 per hour
Schedule
  • In Office Monday-Friday
  • Remote Saturday (once a month)
