Digital Media Supply Chain Analyst
What You'll Do

Our Gabb Music team is looking for a detail oriented and attentive Digital Media Supply Chain Analyst to join them and oversee the flow of content from delivery to publishing. This role will be crucial in ensuring that Gabb Music can deliver high-quality experiences to users reliably. In this role, you will also:
- Manage partnerships with external and internal partners such as digital content owners and technical partners.
- Ensure smooth ingestion of digital files from external digital content owner partners.
- Maintain and update a content library, ensuring that all media assets are correctly categorized and searchable.
- Analyze and streamline the digital supply chain processes, informing on ingestion metrics.
- Provide schedule and planning data for content and curation purposes.
- Participate in product development with our product manager and engineering team to ensure best practices are applied from a supply chain perspective.
- Ensure that all content complies with legal and licensing agreements.
- Perform quality checks on media assets and metadata to maintain high standards.
What You'll Need
- Experience working in supply chain, project or product management.
- Strong ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional experience with Excel including standard formulas and data visualization (experience with SQL preferred).
- Keen attention to detail, end-to-end ownership, and track record for driving results.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills, self-driven, and adaptable.
- Familiarity with digital media formats, metadata standards (i.e. ID3 tags), and content management systems, a bonus.
This position entails working a hybrid schedule requiring three days in-office, either at our Lehi or Nashville locations.
