We are currently seeking a full time Store Room/Inventory Control Specialist to maintain the organization’s inventory, perform and ensure all ERP transactions are accurate and complete, audit plant floor and shipping/receiving transactions, track inventory, and perform inventory counts. They will also be responsible for the inventory and stocking of the MRO and Consumables Store room.

Requirements:

Competency:

Excellent communication skills with all internal and external contacts.

Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.

Proficient keyboarding skills.

Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.

Extreme attention to detail.

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma with appropriate experience.

Degree in Business, Mathematics, or Supply chain preferred.

Experience with computerized inventory systems required.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and advertising proposals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Products

Valid driver's license
