We are looking to hire immediately for the Inventory Specialist position, please be prepared to interview in person ASAP. If you have SAP experience, you are highly encouraged to apply.

This position is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, NO WEEKENDS, PAID HOLIDAYS after 60 days.

Job Summary

The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for the overall inventory management, and processing. Including coordinating inventory control functions, accurately inputting data into the inventory system, ensuring the accuracy of inventory accounts, and implementing inventory control methods and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Assuring inventory matches both the manufacturing floor and internal systems and ensures perpetual inventory system is maintained and accurate. Implementing inventory controls, processes, and provide customer service support ensure high-level process accuracy, and inventory procedure compliance work with company leadership and teams to implement inventory processes, controls, and advancements. Develops and maintains quality control programs to ensure each inventory adjustment is consistent with company standards including researching and finding root causes of inaccuracies.

Job Qualifications

1+ years experience in inventory management, Knowledge of ERP system a plus, Hard working, self-motivated, positive attitude. Excel intermediate experience a must Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of teams, management, and customers verbally. SAP experience is strongly preferred.
