We are in search of a professional, licensed, experienced and Local Real Estate Customer Service Assistant for our extremely busy Southwest Florida Real Estate Team. 


This is not a virtual or remote opportunity. Real estate is a people business and we are hands-on 


You will be responsible for extensive communication with clients both verbal and written, manage all of the paperwork and provide a high level of customer service to clients Think Ritz Carlton White Glove You must be someone who thrives in a busy fast-paced environment, has good oral and interpersonal communication skills, advanced computer skills, has an active real estate license, lives in Southwest Florida, has reliable transportation, has experience working in a real estate office and you want to make a difference and help people. Bring your can-do attitude and be flexible. If you love real estate and welcome being creative and resourceful this is a wonderful opportunity to work in an exciting field, see beautiful homes and meet new people.


MUST hold an active Florida Real Estate License and live in SWFL

Compensation:

$50,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments
  • Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials
  • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events
  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local area
  • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Real estate experience and/or license required
  • Work in our friendly, modern Bonita Springs office
  • Positive, Can Do attitude
  • Be flexible, versatile, and willing to switch gears and have Fun
  • Friendly, people person with a heart of service who enjoys working with people and helping bring white glove service
