Real Estate Listing Coordinator

$40,000 - $70,000 annually

**Responsibilities**:

- Sell homes quickly by maintaining the listings on social media and in MLS to provide excellent customer satisfaction
- Coordinate all listing information such as property photos, pre-listing presentations, and MLS market research for comparable properties
- Keep track of all sales activity and input client information into the CRM to produce reports and share goal progress with the team
- Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and other required documentation and send to the real estate broker for file compliance
- Schedule property inspections with customers and vendors to clean and prepare homes to sell fast
- Organize the showing schedule and communicate with other agents to provide to the seller
- Provide showing feedback, reports, and market updates to sellers. Prepare analysis and estimate of value
- Create marketing material, postcards, flyers, and brochures
- Follow up on listing leads and appointments

**Qualifications**:

- Has basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Has real estate license or is willing to pursue one
- College experience preferred but not required to apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred
- Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience
