We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Office Assistant/Receptionist to assist our office staff for our top-performing real estate brokerage and property management firm, Brokers International Real Estate. As our administrative "rock star", you will provide support to our office staff and assist in the day-to-day operations of our business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Answering all incoming calls and inquiries and directing them to the appropriate person
- Scheduling and attend showings
- Coordinating the placement of new signs
- Incoming Inquires and Calls
- Following up with leads and prospective tenants
- Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants
- Showing properties to prospective tenants and answering relevant questions
- Managing all financial procedures, including verifying renter income and processing monthly payments
- Scheduling and acting as a liaison for property repairs and maintenance
- Preparing vacant units for lease and scheduling photographs

**Requirements**:

- Real estate or property management industry experience is REQUIRED.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently when interacting with clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions independently
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems
