RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively respond to incoming leads and customer inquiries to generate appointments for vehicle purchases
- Be available to respond to prospective customers via email, text message, or by phone in a professional, well-spoken manner.
- Adhere to a prescribed follow-up schedule to generate appointments from aging leads.
- Track lead counts, appointments, and purchases in order to evaluate your performance and meet goals.
- Be detail-oriented in your ability to enter notes in the Customer Relationship Manager program.
- Set, monitor, and manage scheduled appointments, shown appointments, and missed appointments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably at least 2 years of solid Customer Service Experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to hit quotas and closing percentages.
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
- Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.
- CA sales license is required
- Spanish Speaker preferred
