With established locations in Wilmington, DE, and Mullica Hill, NJ, and a new store opening soon in Newark, DE, this is your opportunity to contribute to a growing, dynamic company.

About Us: 322 BBQ and Hill Donut Co. & Pancake House are known for their delicious barbecue and artisanal brioche donuts, all served with a creative flair. Our restaurants are rooted in quality, flavor, and a passion for delivering an unforgettable dining experience, whether it’s a hearty brunch, a casual lunch, or a delightful dinner.

Your Role:

As a Server or Cashier, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer experience. We’re looking for individuals who can bring energy, efficiency, and friendliness to our team, helping us maintain our high standards while ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they walk in.
  • Order Management: Accurately take and process orders, ensuring that each dish is delivered with care and precision.
  • Cash Handling: Manage transactions smoothly and accurately, whether handling cash, card payments, or takeout orders.
  • Table Maintenance: Keep dining areas clean and organized, ensuring a pleasant environment for all customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure timely and accurate service.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
  • Customer Focus: A strong commitment to delivering outstanding service with a positive attitude.
