With established locations in Wilmington, DE, and Mullica Hill, NJ, and a new store opening soon in Newark, DE, this is your chance to be part of something exciting.

About Us: 322 BBQ and Hill Donut Co. & Pancake House are known for delivering delicious barbecue and creative, artisan brioche donuts. Our menu is crafted with quality and flavor at the forefront, offering customers a memorable dining experience, whether it’s for brunch, lunch, or dinner.

Your Role: As a Cook, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our menu to life. You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards, ensuring that every plate that leaves the kitchen is something you’re proud of.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, from barbecue classics to our signature donuts, following established recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that each dish meets our customers’ expectations.
  • Kitchen Operations: Support kitchen operations by keeping your workstation clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations, and working efficiently to meet service demands.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service, contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Be ready to take on various tasks within the kitchen, from grilling to baking, as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen is preferred, but a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are most important.
  • Skills: Strong cooking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others in a collaborative kitchen setting.
  • Commitment: Dedication to producing high-quality food and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.
