About Us:Hotel Eastlund, situated in the heart of a vibrant city, is seeking a Valet Driver / Night Auditor for our Graveyard Shift.


Position Description:As a Valet Driver / Night Auditor during our Graveyard Shift, you play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a welcoming and secure experience. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of guest services, including acting as a bell-person, valet, concierge, and maintaining the cleanliness of public areas. We require excellent English communication skills and outstanding guest relations abilities. You should have a strong knowledge of the local area to enhance the guest experience. Any positions related to valet parking or transporting guests or employees will necessitate a good driving/motor vehicle record.


Key Responsibilities:- Ensure guests receive a courteous and efficient check-in and check-out experience.- Handle guest issues, complaints, and requests efficiently.- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.- Provide directions and information about local attractions and facilities.- Demonstrate proper telephone etiquette.- Manage reservations, including same-day and future bookings.- Generate audit reports and report discrepancies.- Maintain a positive work atmosphere.- Report issues and emergencies promptly.- Adhere to grooming and dress codes.- Perform all other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:- No specific educational requirement.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.- Basic computer skills.- Problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently with little supervision.- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Physical Requirements:- Ability to see, hear, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, lift up to 25 pounds, and operate office equipment.
