What you will be doing:

  • This position services water softeners, RO drinking water systems, and water heaters to keep them running at peak performance.
  • The customers choose the equipment they wish to enroll in the program
  • This position performs the service on a schedule chosen by the customer.
  • Recommends other needed services to improve the performance of the checked equipment.
  • Performs spring startup and fall shutdown services.
  • Regular, predictable on-site attendance is expected.
  • Stocks truck for the day.
  • Keeps truck clean and organized.
  • Does the services included in each customer’s plan choice.
  • Wears proper safety equipment.
  • Retests raw water.
  • Retests product water.
  • Inspects bypass.
  • Inspects pre-filter assembly.
  • Checks softener programming.
  • Checks brine vacuum.


What you have to offer:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Currently hold or willing to complete the MN Department of Health Water Conditioning Install exam/certification.
  • Current and Valid Driver's license
  • Acceptable driving history
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
