Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Producer

- A highly motivated and results-driven salesperson
- Someone with a winning attitude and charisma
- A skilled relationship builder
What you'll be doing:
- Utilizing CRM, cold calling, email, and other channels to generate new sales opportunities
- Setting up meetings or calls with prospective customers
- Managing the sales process from start to close
- Building and maintaining a portfolio of clients
- Collaborating closely with Account Managers and Carriers
- Embracing a hybrid work schedule that includes onsite time
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales representative role, with a proven track record of turning prospects into customers
- Demonstrated success in reaching goals and a goal-oriented mindset
- Active P&C License
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Comfortable with cold calling, research, and prospect generation
Reporting to Van Robins, our Chief Executive Officer and seasoned producer, you'll benefit from his wealth of experience and industry knowledge. Van brings over a decade of experience in Risk Management and holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
