Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare recruitment and a proven track record in business development. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance our market presence and attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including healthcare organizations, hospitals, and clinics.
  • Present NurseRecruiter.com’s services and value proposition to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance our offerings based on client needs and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the healthcare or recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare recruitment market is a plus.
