Job Description:
The Part-Time Social Media Assistant will be responsible for posting pre-strategized content on Snapchat. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients' content is shared accurately and timely, maintaining a consistent and engaging online presence. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in using Snapchat.
Key Responsibilities:
Post pre-strategized content on Snapchat according to the content calendar.
Ensure all posts are made accurately and on time, adhering to the predetermined schedule.
Monitor Snapchat for feedback and engagement, escalating issues to the social media team as necessary.
Collaborate with the social media team to ensure content aligns with overall strategy and branding guidelines.
Maintain an organized archive of posted content and scheduling records.
Assist in generating basic engagement reports and metrics for review by the social media team.
Stay up-to-date with Snapchat-specific best practices and posting guidelines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing social media accounts, particularly Snapchat.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of Snapchat and its audience.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus but not required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
