Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Strategist at Social House, Inc.®. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for for leading strategic initiatives and developing effective digital marketing strategies that align with our clients' objectives. Your expertise will drive the creation of compelling narratives and innovative campaigns that elevate our clients' brands and generate measurable results. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including account managers, creatives, and data analysts, will be essential to ensure the successful execution of campaigns that deliver exceptional business outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of client industries, target audiences, cultural trends, and competitors to identify key insights and opportunities for brand growth.
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives and leverage the TriVision Approach to drive successful campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborate with account managers, creatives, and influencers to develop and execute compelling content strategies across various digital platforms.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure campaign success, and provide regular reporting and actionable insights to clients.
  • Build and design visually compelling presentation decks to effectively communicate strategies, campaign results, and key insights to clients.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, cultural conversations, and industry best practices to continuously refine and optimize campaign strategies.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on innovative digital strategies, cultural relevance, and opportunities for brand elevation.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for account growth.


Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) working in a strategic role within a digital media agency or a similar environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in building and designing professional, visually compelling presentation decks to communicate strategies, campaign results, and key insights.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to evolving client needs.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and experience in using data analytics to drive campaign optimization.

WITHIN 1 MONTH, THIS PERSON WILL

  • Familiarize yourself with Social House, Inc.®'s client portfolio, internal processes, and the TriVision Approach.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of assigned client accounts, including their brand objectives, target audiences, and current digital marketing efforts.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to understand their roles and build effective working relationships.
  • Contribute to ongoing client campaigns by providing strategic input and insights.


WITHIN 3 MONTHS, THIS PERSON WILL

  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for assigned client accounts, leveraging the TriVision Approach.
  • Achieve agreed-upon campaign objectives, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement or growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior strategists and team members.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to client acquisition efforts.


WITHIN 6 MONTHS, THIS PERSON WILL

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of client industries, target audiences, cultural trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Drive innovative content strategies that resonate with the intended audience and align with client brand objectives.
  • Lead client presentations, effectively communicating campaign performance and recommendations for optimization.
  • Play an active role in fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment within Social House, Inc.®.
  • Develop case studies and thought leadership content showcasing successful campaigns and innovative strategies.


WITHIN 12 MONTHS, THIS PERSON WILL

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on digital marketing strategies and the TriVision Approach, driving continuous improvement across client accounts.
  • Drive business growth by expanding existing client relationships and acquiring new clients through effective pitches and proposals.
  • Contribute to the agency's strategic planning process by providing insights and recommendations based on industry knowledge and client feedback.
  • Mentor and guide junior strategists, contributing to their professional development
