Position Overview: As an Onboarding Specialist at WAVV, your primary responsibility will be to help customers have a great experience getting started with our solutions quickly and efficiently. You will guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use our tools and get the most out of our services. You will report directly to the Director of Revenue and play an essential role in building long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the Onboarding Process: Lead clients through the onboarding steps and set the stage for a lasting, positive relationship with WAVV.
- Provide Training and Support: Deliver training sessions and support to help clients become proficient in using our tools.
- Monitor Progress: Track client progress and identify any potential roadblocks, providing solutions as needed.
- Collect Feedback: Gather client feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with Teams: We believe in teamwork, so you'll work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
