ECI Comfort is a growing, independent family-owned business located in Langhorne that provides HVAC and energy services throughout the Delaware Valley. We are looking for qualified individuals to continue our business's success by focusing on ethics, professionalism, and quality.

Please note that this will likely start as a part-time job with the potential to transition into a full-time position. We will provide on-site training and learning opportunities - you do not need to be experienced in energy and HVAC.

How You'll Help Grow Our Energy Department:
  • Provide administrative support to the oil and office team, including scheduling meetings, tracking data, making and answering phone calls, and more.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our energy/heating oil sector and drive business growth.
  • Keep us on the cutting edge: Dive into market research, industry trends, and eco-innovations to ensure our company remains competitive and compliant.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content to support sales initiatives.
  • Manage social media accounts and online presence to engage with customers and enhance brand visibility.
  • Periodically attend community events to increase brand awareness and customer engagement - were looking for a social butterfly
  • Periodically attend trade shows/conferences to increase your knowledge of the energy industry.
  • Support the transition of the oil department into a modern "green" liquid fuels company by actively participating in sustainability initiatives and promoting energy-efficient solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to marketing activities, including campaign performance metrics and budget tracking.

  • Proficient in everyday technology with a flair for creativity and problem-solving.
  • Pumped about pushing our oil department into the green future, prioritizing energy efficiency and customer comfort.
  • Comfortable and excited about being on video to promote our company and inform our customers.
  • Ready to work in our Langhorne, PA office with flexibility for periodic remote work.
