Job Summary: The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring efficient and smooth HR operations. This role involves a variety of tasks, including recruitment support, employee record maintenance, and assistance with HR projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain and update employee records, both electronic and paper, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • HR Administration: Assist with day-to-day HR operations, such as preparing HR documents, processing employee requests, and managing HR-related correspondence.
  • Benefits Administration: Support benefits administration by assisting with enrollment processes, answering employee inquiries, and maintaining benefits records.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, assisting with audits and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • HR Projects: Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and programs.
Qualifications:


  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field desired but not required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative position is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
