  • Support patients in managing symptoms, coping with stress, and improving overall mental health through therapeutic communication and interventions.
  • Monitor patients for changes in behavior, mood, and physical condition, and report any concerns to the healthcare team promptly.
  • Assist in crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and the management of acute psychiatric episodes.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, helping them understand the diagnosis, treatment options, and recovery process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • RN license in State of Assignment or compact license
  • 2 years of experience as a traveler 3 years with no travel
  • Must live 100 miles from Facility
