Job Summary

Lakeside Behavioral Health System is seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will provide clinical social work services on a designated unit, conducting psychosocial assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, and participating in treatment team planning.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical social work services on a designated unit
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments, individual, group, and family therapy
  • Participate in treatment team planning, processing commitments, and discharge planning/case management services
  • Crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources and other departments within the hospital

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, or Social Services related field required
  • Licensure preferred (TN LCSW, LPC, LP)
  • Prior experience working with a psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient setting
