  • Take orders. Be able and willing to explain menu items and up-sell by making recommendations.
  • Ensure guests experience is memorable by providing timely, friendly, and accurate service.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the Restaurant.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Weekends and holidays are required.
  • Initiative: Anticipate guest and business needs; addresses issues or opportunities without supervision; focuses on desired results and accomplishments; demonstrates clear purpose, enthusiasm, and a since of pride.
  • Knowledge: Basic mathematical skills. Ability to operate computer and register.
  • Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to communicate with guests. Bilingual a huge plus Polite and warm tone. Telephone etiquette is imperative.
  • Physical Abilities: Must be able to walk, stand, and work throughout majority of shift. Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, and grip items. Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 30 pounds.
