Office Administrator

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator.

Position Overview: As an Office Administrator at Gutters by Berger Home Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This full-time or part-time position involves a variety of administrative tasks, including managing communication, scheduling, data entry, and customer service. You will be the backbone of our office, supporting the team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:


  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the sales and service teams.
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases with accurate information.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Provide general support to visitors and clients.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support the sales team with lead management and follow-up tasks.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and website updates.
Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with customer service and basic accounting is a plus.
