Job Description: Pattern Promotions is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
