Responsibilities
  • Provide management of personnel and case management workload to optimize output
  • Coordinate with Government representatives on a daily basis and available to manage urgent needs
  • Be able to present and communicate clearly with all stakeholders, including the government team, staff, and program management team
  • Lead a team of resources that will be working in multiple queues
  • Strategically distribute and balance the daily workload for the team, identifying priorities and being able to adjust as needed.
  • Guiding the team through daily work activities or projects and monitoring employee performance to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Complete tasks according to standard operating procedures and keep abreast of changing guidelines
  • Provide guidance to employees in specific tasks and assist with onboarding and training
  • Ability to understand the problem statements and develop solutions to address the problems
  • Collaborate with others to ensure open and transparent communication

Requirements

  • 5+ years of case management experience
  • Ability to properly manage staffing and resources (team) and addressing case work requirements within their scope(s) of their responsibilities
  • Group facilitation, coordination, coaching
  • Problem solving, interpersonal communication
  • Integration of work processes
  • Adherence to standards and guidelines
  • High level of accountability and attention to detail
  • Multi-tasking
