Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Junk Removal Crew Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of junk removal specialists, ensuring that each job is completed efficiently, safely, and to our high standards of customer service. You will be the face of Junk Magicians on-site, making sure that our customers are happy and that every job runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and supervise a team of junk removal specialists on residential and commercial job sites.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including on-site estimates and immediate service execution.
  • Ensure all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the customers satisfaction.
  • Load, transport, and dispose of items responsibly, following all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Train and mentor crew members to uphold Junk Magicians high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and equipment.
  • Communicate job details and updates to the Operations Manager and support team as needed.
  • Troubleshoot on-site challenges and make quick, effective decisions to keep jobs on track.
Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in junk removal, general labor, moving, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 75 lbs) and perform physically demanding work.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record; CDL is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to adapt to changing work schedules.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle on-site issues calmly and professionally.
