About the Role

Due to exceptional clinical success and patient demand, Sensible Care is GROWING and now hiring LMFT, LPC, and LCSW providers to provide remote/telehealth care throughout Texas.

We offer flexible 24-40 hour work week options to help prevent provider burnout.

What we offer:

40-hour Workweek Includes:

  • Annual Salary of $75,000
  • License fees paid

We're Seeking Professionals Who:

  • Are located in Texas and have an active Texas professional license LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
  • Have experience with child/adolescent therapy
  • EMDR Trained/Certified encouraged to apply
  • Are passionate about mental healthcare and illustrate personable and warm demeanor and delivery culturally sensitive care
  • Have experience providing services in an outpatient setting
  • Are able to learn and manage multiple technological platforms
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Are timely, diligent, detail-oriented and can work well in a team
  • Are comfortable treating depression, anxiety, and trauma
  • Valid NPI number
  • Are able to meet the credentialing requirements for major insurance panels in particular: Tricare
