Are you in an operational support role looking for a change? Our teams are searching for our next Operations Coordinator - This individual will work along side the Ops team to coordinate the activities and flow of work in assigned departments. Provide direction to employees to ensure the day-to-day business unit department goals are being met. Interact with a variety of support groups in the business unit, company and outside the company to resolve problems.

Direct Hire, 8a-5pm Monday - Friday, $24.50 to start, full benefits and retirement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operational tasks.
  • Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
  • Prepare and distribute reports and presentations as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Ability to assist in training employees
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work on the floor when needed
  • Willingness to operate forklifts and reach trucks
