Summary

The Admin Support Specialist (Operations) is responsible for the timely and accurate build-out of incoming client orders according to client specific process and procedures. The Admin Support Specialist is also responsible for the core administrative responsibilities for all non-research related tasks that support work fulfillment for CRC Operations. This includes the identification of necessary order updates, correct queue assignment & queue maintenance, as well as document collection for drug screen results and vaccination records.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyze vendor-collected name and address data and use this data to build orders, following client-specific instructions.
  • Identify potential issues / discrepancies with client or vendor-provided information and escalate items for resolution, as needed.
  • Reach and maintain a daily production average of 12-15 orders built out per hour within 90 days of hire.
  • Complete assigned work within expected turn-around times and with a high level of accuracy.  
  • Perform various other duties including, but not limited to: vaccination document uploads, Motor Vehicle Report review, work queue maintenance, 3rd party vendor order submissions, and demographic updates.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding subjects under investigation.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to handle all assignments with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, and as a part of a team.
  • Apply a high level of attention to detail to all assigned tasks.
  • Meet strict metrics within departmental standards and deadlines.
  • Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work schedule to meet strict deadlines.
  • Apply critical thinking to identify discrepancies and to troubleshoot problems effectively.
  • Must be able to maintain detailed, confidential, and accurate records.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy, specifically MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook for Windows.


Requirements

  • High School Degree or GED Required.
  • High Level of attention to detail and efficiency.  
  • Solid experience and performance working from home in a prior job.
  • Secure WIFI connection 
  • Preferred experience in background investigations.
  • Technologically savvy and comfortable with communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, chat, email and phone
  • Private home office space to work in with secure and high-speed internet.
  • Must be a resident of North Carolina.
