Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for the downstream marketing strategy for foot and ankle
- Guide others to build and execute a well-written marketing plan
- Coach others on the market positioning and strengths/weaknesses of key competitors
- Share marketing intelligence and information with the team
- Establish pricing strategy, including contract pricing
- Coach others on how to utilize the product or portfolio structure to maximize brand equity
- Demonstrate financial acumen
- Develop an effective KPI strategy for the product portfolio
- Supervise others in their use of data collection, analysis, and reporting tools
- Lead a team of professionals: develop employees, which includes hiring, communicating company policies, coaching and counseling, administering performance appraisals, and enforcing company policies through appropriate disciplinary measures
- Promote an environment that fosters personal growth and development
- Hold team accountable to deliver high-quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities
- Collaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives
- Build connections with other teams and divisions and coordinate cross-functional collaboration
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of work commercial experience required
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and marketing communications.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong focus on results.
Working Conditions
Travel required
