Job Purpose

As a Sr. Brand Manager, you will lead a team to develop and direct effective marketing strategies for our foot and ankle portfolio. You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to create critical documents that outline each marketing initiative's vision, goals, and tactics, such as the strategic plan, the annual marketing plan, and the product launch plans

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead a team responsible for the downstream marketing strategy for foot and ankle
  • Guide others to build and execute a well-written marketing plan
  • Coach others on the market positioning and strengths/weaknesses of key competitors
  • Share marketing intelligence and information with the team
  • Establish pricing strategy, including contract pricing
  • Coach others on how to utilize the product or portfolio structure to maximize brand equity
  • Demonstrate financial acumen
  • Develop an effective KPI strategy for the product portfolio
  • Supervise others in their use of data collection, analysis, and reporting tools
  • Lead a team of professionals: develop employees, which includes hiring, communicating company policies, coaching and counseling, administering performance appraisals, and enforcing company policies through appropriate disciplinary measures
  • Promote an environment that fosters personal growth and development
  • Hold team accountable to deliver high-quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities
  • Collaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives
  • Build connections with other teams and divisions and coordinate cross-functional collaboration
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of work commercial experience required
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and marketing communications.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong focus on results.
