We are seeking a skilled Sales Funnel Specialist to design, build and optimize our sales funnel and lead generation systems. The Sales Funnel Specialist will work closely with the Business Development Manager and sales team to create a custom online funnel that converts leads and schedules appointments.

Responsibilities
- Create squeeze pages, landing pages, quoting tools and booking systems to capture leads
- Optimize and enhance sales funnel architecture, user experience and flows
- Integrate funnel with CRM platform, calendar apps and payment systems
- Design forms to collect prospect data like contact details, property information, etc.
- Build lead scoring and nurturing sequences into the funnel  
- Track KPIs like lead capture rates, conversion rates, etc. and optimize accordingly
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and site speed for all funnel pages
- Stay up-to-date on best practices for sales funnel optimization

Requirements
- Proven experience building successful sales funnels and lead gen systems
- Expert in web development languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Knowledge of APIs for integrating with other platforms and databases
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven approach
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication skills and project management abilities
- Motivated self-starter who can work independently

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of React.js
- Experience with WordPress and similar CMS platforms
- Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems
- Creativity and user experience design skills
