Compensation & Benefits:
  • Compensation Options: Choose between a base plus commission structure or commission-only pay.
  • Earning Potential: Earn between $60k-75k in your first year, with no cap on your success Second year earning potential is $95-$110k and upwards.

What You'll Do:
  • Client Consultations: Conduct engaging virtual, showroom, and in-home consultations to specify window coverings, upholstery, accessories, and other furnishings for our discerning clients.
  • Design & Communication: Manage client communications, develop design scopes, and navigate the approval process with finesse.
  • Project Coordination: Write up detailed paperwork and design specifications for our fabricators and manufacturers, ensuring your vision comes to life with precision.
  • Sales & Networking: Utilize leads provided and leverage your networking skills to generate referral accounts and establish a strong presence in the community.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales role with a proven track record of driving sales and a genuine love for the process. 
  • Technology Savvy: High proficiency in CRM, quoting, drawing softwares and other technology, as we are a completely paperless company.
  • Design Background: A solid background in interior design or decorating. Experience with upholstery or soft window coverings will put you at the top of the list.
  • Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel between Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Ability to Lift: Up to 30 lbs for transporting and managing showroom of sample books
