Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Parts Warehouse Supervisor at our San Marcos location. The ideal candidate will lead our warehouse operations, with a particular focus on shipping and receiving, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of golf cart parts and accessories. Compensation:

$21 - $22 hourly DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor warehouse personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule deliveries and pickups.
  • Manage the organization and layout of the warehouse to optimize space and workflow.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to fulfill orders and meet customer demands.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Utilize inventory management software to track inventory movements and monitor stock levels.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Foster positive relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Willing to learn new things while following dedicated processes and procedures to achieve or exceed goals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the automotive or golf industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail are a must.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Forklift certification and knowledge of OSHA regulations are preferred.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
