- Maintain flow of materials and containers in support of production.
- Finished Goods storage and organization.
- Pull, pack, stage or convert orders for shipment using a computer-generated work order or verbal instruction from supervisor.
- Package material for shipment according to shipping requirements and/or customer specified instruction. Ensure that all product/shipping labels are legible. Include job and order numbers on order tickets.
- Unloading of materials from delivery vehicles and documentation of material received.
- Loading of materials to delivery vehicles and associated documentation of materials shipped.
- Communicating with Team Leader/Group Leader to resolve material inventory problems
- Mixing of plastic resins, regrind, colorants and additives
- “Production Equipment Changeover Team Member". Responsible for material changeovers at press. Cleaning and loading of plastic resins and regrind.
- "Machine Maintenance Team Member" Responsible for Cleaning of Equipment and area.
- Maintain clean warehouse spaces. Includes sweeping and floor cleaning and dumping of garbage.
- Understand and utilize standardized work.
- Supports Team Members and Team Leaders.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment while balancing multiple priorities and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of using: Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in a Manufacturing environment required
- HS Diploma or GED preferred
- Must speak English, Bi-Lingual encouraged
- Valid drivers license
