Duties:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the staffing process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms such as Paychex, PeopleSoft, Taleo, and UltiPro to source and track candidates.
- Conduct employee evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
- Assist with talent management initiatives, including employee development and succession planning.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Attend and manage staff during events.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR sourcing strategies and talent management practices.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo or UltiPro.
- Strong interviewing skills to effectively assess candidate qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency in using HR software systems such as Paychex, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to $42,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40+ per week
