Part-Time Day Porter
Property Address: 942 Westlake Village, CA 91361

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 6:00 am - 12:30 pm
Pay: $19.00
Weekly Pay

*** A Valid California Driver's License is required for this role, to drive a golf cart around the property.

Lead Day Porter Qualifications:

  • Janitorial experience preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Superb Customer Service skills.


Lead Day Porter General function:

  • Daily communication with property managers, supervisor, and tenants.
  • Responsible for submitting Daily Activity Reports (DAR) to property management, multiple times throughout work shift.
  • Responsible for allowing and granting access to specific portions of the property, including but not limited to roof access ladders, fire riser rooms, electrical rooms, etc.
  • Responsible for observing and reporting incidents throughout shift and reporting on DAR.
  • Notify the supervisor in case there is a need for repairs.
  • Performing patrols on the perimeter, parking lot and building surroundings.
Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to identify and manage priorities.
  • Ability to complete the physical requirements of the job.
  • A great communicator with good customer service skills.
  • Communicates well with all levels of organization, property managers, supervisor and tenants.
