About the Role:


Part-Time Day Porter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily property inspections and report any issues to management.
  • Ensure the property is clean and well-maintained, including common areas and facilities.
  • Communicate effectively with property managers, supervisors, and tenants to address any concerns or issues.
  • Submit daily activity reports to management, highlighting any notable incidents or issues.
  • Grant access to authorized personnel and ensure that all areas of the property are secure.
  • Perform patrols of the property perimeter, parking lot, and surrounding areas to identify any potential issues.

Requirements:

  • Previous janitorial or maintenance experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and complete physical tasks.
