Responsibilities:

  • Assist General Manager with daily operations of store
  • Assist Catering Director with execution of catering events as needed
  • Effectively lead and manage staff to provide guest with the best possible experience
  • Assist in maintaining efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
  • Promote great customer service, safe food quality, restaurant cleanliness and sanitation
  • Inventory control, labor cost, and budget management
  • Develops and implements local promotional programs
  • Supervise assigned personnel

This position is mostly Monday-Friday daytime hours, but depending on catering schedule, there will be occasional night and weekend events.
