Front Office Representative

As a Front Office Representative at TMZ Events, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our guests, clients, and team members. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude will help create memorable experiences for everyone who interacts with our front office.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, directing them to the appropriate areas or personnel.
- Answer incoming calls, providing information, taking messages, and transferring calls as needed.
- Manage the front desk area, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments or meetings.
- Process payments, invoices, and paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
