Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of their occupational medicine practice. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective clinic operations, providing leadership to staff, and maintaining high standards of patient care and satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff management.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, including medical assistants, receptionists, and administrative personnel.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in occupational medicine.
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics, such as patient satisfaction, wait times, and revenue, and implement strategies for improvement as needed.
  • Manage clinic finances, including budgeting, billing, and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery and streamline processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinic staff, patients, and external stakeholders, including employers, insurance companies, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
  • Stay current on developments in occupational medicine and healthcare management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in occupational medicine or a similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in medical practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CPR certification (preferred).
  • Experience working in a small clinic or family-owned business (preferred).
