Social Media & Automation:

  • Be our social media maestro and marketing automation whiz using HubSpot to amp up our digital presence.

Community Engagement:

  • Be the face of Roger West in educational gigs, business pow-wows, and committee meetings to build awesome community and business bonds.

KPI Management:

  • Develop and fine-tune strategies to smash our business KPIs and keep everyone in the loop with the results.

Sales Support & Strategy:

  • Jump on sales inquiries, join sales meetings, and brainstorm with our CEO to strategize for success.

Market Analysis:

  • Keep an eye on market trends and competitor moves to keep our marketing game strong.

Client-Focused Awesomeness:

Relationship Building:

  • Build and nurture amazing relationships with our clients, offering top-notch marketing advice and spotting new opportunities.

Campaign Development:

  • Create attention-grabbing campaign messaging and content across websites, emails, landing pages, banner ads, collateral, and print ads.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work hand-in-hand with client services, media, design, development, and content teams to bring creative concepts to life.

What You Bring to the Party:

  • 5+ years in a marketing agency setting, or lead generation role in a corporate environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of integrated marketing best practices.
  • HubSpot expertise
  • Ability to sync up with our strategic priorities:
    • Zero in on acquiring clients in our target market.
    • Blow client expectations out of the water by delivering on time and within budget.
    • Drive innovation and always be on the lookout for personal and professional growth.

Preferred Skills:

  • Business development experience, public relations and a digital-first mindset are a big plus
