The selected candidate will contribute to the advancement of Modeling & Simulations (M&S) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, enhancing capabilities within the wargaming community. We pride ourselves on a collaborative environment where cross-functional teams, comprising experts in M&S, Optimization, and AI/Data Analytics, push the boundaries of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct Modeling & Simulation activities focusing on trajectory optimization, threat modeling, and wargaming scenario development.
  • Implement sophisticated algorithms within our software products.
  • Engage in experimental projects to explore new theories, ideas, and concepts.
  • Actively participate in an Agile development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment.
  • Facilitate design discussions and collaborate effectively with team members to refine project requirements.
  • Employ effective communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate through both verbal and visual methods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in diverse modeling and simulation development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and C#.
  • Proven ability to perform detailed modeling, simulation, and mission analysis.
  • Experience implementing engineering algorithms in software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on product requirements
  • Currently hold or be able to obtain Top Secret Clearance

Desired Competencies/Experience/Certifications:

  • Master's Degree in Physics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience in threat trajectory modeling and optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning algorithms.
  • Understanding of Air and Missile Defense Systems.

Clearance Requirements:
Currently hold or able to obtain Top Secret Clearance
