This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop and implement quality control procedures and processes for constructions projects within a region. The Regional Quality Assurance Assistant Manager will:
  • Assist the Regional Quality Manager in developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes for construction projects within the region.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to identify and address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams in implementing quality control measures, including training and education on quality procedures.
  • Review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and quality control reports, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of client complaints and non-conformance issues.
  • Conduct internal quality audits to assess compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and standards related to quality management in the construction industry.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of quality-related documentation for client approval and regulatory compliance.

To qualify for the role, you should:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience in construction or quality management within the construction industry.
  • Possess strong knowledge of quality management systems, processes, and tools.
  • Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore).
  • Must have a valid driver's license
