Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
This position requires an individual to have extensive knowledge in forklift operations with hands on experience in Shipping and Receiving activities, and storage. The Shipping and Receiving Supervisor’s daily functions include responsibility for safety, product quality control, food grade product safety, procedure compliance, personnel training, equipment operation, and inventory control under the direction of the Warehouse Operations & Assistant Operations Manager.
Starting Pay:$18/DOE

Requirements & Skills:
- Practice #234 Personal Hygiene Policy and Procedure
- Practice and ensure Food Grade Product Safety.
- Promote good customer relations and customer satisfaction through meeting customer requirements in handling their product(s).

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
Primary Duties Include:
- Ensure equipment is inspected and tested according to schedule. Ex. Forklifts, Scales, pumps, filters, etc.
- Enforce operating and safety procedures.
- Oversee Shipping/Receiving operations.
- Oversee contractors working in the warehouse areas.
- Assist in monitoring and overseeing the maintenance and repair of warehouse infrastructure.
- Prepare & review operating procedures and necessary forms.
- Training of Forklift Operators.
- Assist in fielding and responding to customer complaints.
- Prepare corrective and preventative action reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
