You will partner closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Beyond recruitment, you will be integral to fostering a positive company culture, championing employee engagement, and supporting various HR initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of Restore First Health by enhancing our talent pool and strengthening our organizational culture. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and a keen understanding of healthcare recruitment and employee relations.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition to source, screen, and recruit top talent for provider, clinical, and corporate positions within Restore First Health's specialized medical practices nationwide.
- Utilize various recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and recommend suitable candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Identify, build and cultivate new and sustainable pipelines of talent.
-Collaborate in the evolution and development of our employer brand
-Attend conferences and events for strategic targeted recruitment and branding
-Other duties as assigned
Employee Relations and Culture
-Collaborate with operations leaders to design, implement and manage the employee review structure, ensuring timely and constructive feedback that aligns with company goals and values.
-Champion our company culture, leading initiatives to promote engagement, collaboration and positive work environment across all locations.
-Act as primary HR contact for the operations team, addressing HR-related issues, supporting conflict resolution, and ensuring consistent application of company policies.
-Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and development opportunities, enhancing the skills and growth of our workforce.
-Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated clearly and are consistently upheld.
Requirements:
- Previous HR/Recruitment and/or employee relations experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
- Experience in recruiting medical providers is a strong asset.
-Previous experience in Talent Management and Talent Acquisition desired.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with candidates.
- Proficient in utilizing HR and recruitment tools (HRIS, CRM, ATS, LMS)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
-SHRM or PHR Certification a plus.
This position will work remotely with onsite visits as needed. Occasional travel may be required to practices located outside of your home state. Preference for qualified candidates to sit in the following locations: New Jersey; Georgia; Florida; Texas or within the eastern or central time zone.
