At MJH Life Sciences, we're looking for a talented Copy Supervisor to lead our copy team in developing concepts and executing projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creative ability and judgment, successful client contact experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and review all work produced by junior writers, copywriters, and senior copywriters assigned to the brand(s).
  • Ensure all copy meets the standards set by the agency and the client.
  • Take on writing projects and own them from start to finish.
  • Manage and work independently under tight deadlines, juggling multiple projects.
  • Estimate copy hours, participate in client meetings, and attend market research as needed.
  • Share responsibility with planning to shape strategic branding.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years' agency experience.
  • BA or BS degree.
  • Proven track record of creative ability and judgment, successful client contact experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with account management.
