Director of Client Partnerships

Adomni is a dynamic and innovative advertising technology startup that has transformed the way digital ads are bought and sold for screens in the real world. Our screens connect with audiences globally, driving business results from branding to performance marketing KPIs. We are also a preferred partner to TikTok and helped launch their new TikTok Out of Phone program. At our core is a best in class ads platform used by smbs, midmarket and enterprise brands to bring video to the real world.
JOB SUMMARY - This is a remote (WFH) position
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by developing and executing strategic business development initiatives. You will build and manage a robust pipeline of new opportunities, focusing on programmatic, video, social and CTV media solutions for leading brands and agencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.
- Manage a sales team that can drive business growth across all customer segments and profiles and share accountability with the marketing function for improving the individual customer experience and strategy.
- Identify and cultivate high-value relationships with senior decision-makers and c-suite business leaders at major brands and agencies across the media industry.
- Lead complex negotiations and close large-scale deals, exceeding sales targets and maximizing revenue generation.
- Manage a network of industry partners and build strategic alliances to expand opportunities for new revenue streams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Lead CTV expansion partnership by delivering against revenue goals, with key partners.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses, provide constructive feedback, and create personalized development plans to help client partners excel.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
- Persistent and resilient attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive mindset.
- Understand the importance of building trust and long-term relationships with clients
- Capable of analyzing data, identifying patterns, and developing creative solutions to create opportunities and address client challenges.
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets, with a proven track record, strong work ethic and a passion for success.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and company priorities.
EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years of experience in business development, media sales, or a related field within the media landscape.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Extensive experience managing senior-level partnerships, including C-suite executives.
- In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising, video and social media solutions, and their application across various industries.
- Strong understanding of the media buying process and agency workflows.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to business development.
