Marketing Coordinator


Location: High Point, NC


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience to join our vibrant marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating events and tradeshows, assisting with design work, and supporting various marketing initiatives. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Canva is required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination:
    • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events and tradeshows
    • Coordinate event marketing campaigns, including email invitations, social media promotions, and follow-up communications
    • Ensure all events are executed flawlessly, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism
  • Marketing Support:
    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital and print channels, including monthly newsletters
    • Maintain and update marketing collateral, ensuring all materials are current and on-brand
  • Design Work:
    • Create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
    • Design brochures, flyers, social media posts, email templates, and other marketing materials as needed
    • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and convey the intended message effectively
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Project creation and management in Asana
    • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as required
    • Other relevant tasks that may be assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with event planning and execution
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
  • Amenable to work onsite at our High Point HQ
